10 HOUR CONSULTING PACKAGE
This package is for those who are looking for 10 hours of consultation time, whether that is for assistance in strategic or high-performance team development consulting. Willing to consider other types of consulting if I have the experience needed for your situation. Provides a slightly discounted rate compared to paying by the hour.
20 HOUR OF CONSULTING PACKAGE
This package if you are looking for 20 hours of consultation time, whether that is for assistance in strategic or high-performance team development consulting. Willing to consider other types of consulting if I have the experience needed for your situation. Provides an even slightly better discounted rate compared to paying for the 10 hour package.
Annual Strategic Coaching / Consultation
If you are looking for a repetitive annual cycle of strategic coaching/consultation where you get 2 touchpoints a month, then this would be the package for you. It provides 24 1-hour sessions that are split up to 2 sessions per month. Those 2 sessions per month can be combined for a single 2-hour session or spread apart within the month.

IN-DEPTH CONSULTING PACKAGE
This package provides an in-depth package that should meet most organizations needs when trying to achieve an outcome of a framework needed to establish a strong strategic plan or high-performance team development plan-of-action. Here is the overview of the package services:
10 - 1:1/1:Many 1-hour consultation sessions which can be used for the following: establish understanding on your organization, clarify your consultation needs, address outliers, establish game plans, perform touch-points.
2 - 4-hour group deep dives
A drafted framework that will help finalize your strategic plan or high-performance team development execution plans. This will also include clarity on the outcomes and a draft roadmap to monitor progress to achieving the outcomes in the strategic plan.
2 - 30-minute follow-up sessions for clarity or questions related to the framework and guidelines provided.
(All consultations are remotely performed unless discussed and agreed upon for onsite, which may incur additional costs)
