Elevate Your Organization Consulting LLC was created in 2025 by Kevin Sturlaugson. A very experienced and recognized Executive Leader within the technology space. With over 15 years of experience in executive leadership, strategic planning, and developing high-performance teams, he is ready to put his experience to use in helping your organization be better positioned to develop and execute strategies and have a team that performs at its peak capability.
STRATEGIC PLANNING APPROACH:
His approach to strategic planning has been more inclusive than his peers, as he engages with the Business Leadership to understand their strategies and plans to ensure any technology strategies are in alignment and enable the business. In addition, his strategies have been successful not only because they incorporate business thought and needs, but also because they include roadmaps that align with the strategic outcomes, which can be used to monitor progress and quickly identify when a change is needed or when corrective action is required.
HIGH-PERFORMANCE TEAM DEVELOPMENT APPROACH:
His approach to developing high-performance teams was through leveraging his servant-leadership perspective where he knew it was critical to understand his staffs capabilities, engaged with them so they had a voice in planning and execution, put them in position to best utilize their strengths, push decision making to where the experts and data were at when possible, coming alongside his staff to coach/mentor them as many were being empowered for the first time to be a decision maker. This enabled the voice of the many which unlocked many more ideas, created more doers that felt energized, and improved overall results on technology delivery.
