FRACTIONAL CIO SERVICES

For organizations that do not have a true Chief Information Officer on staff or only a Chief Information Officer that focuses on daily operations and therefore WOULD LIKE to bring someone in a part-time basis we provide a “Fractional CIO Service” that is a contracted augmentation service that will be available for up to 20 hours a month to perform the following that a traditional CIO would perform:

Engage with the leadership, business areas, and technology staff to determine technology portfolio needs.

Assess annual technology budget, determine priorities, and provide leadership with funding requirements for future needs.

Assess current technology portfolio for modernization, streamlining, and/or replacement and work with technology staff to develop strategies and/or plans to execute actions needed.

Provide strategic direction on services, processes, and technology needs. (Company staff are still responsible for implementing, as this is a part-time role.)

(All ACTIVITIES are remotely performed unless discussed and agreed upon for onsite, which may incur additional costs)
